About Dr. Kymn Harvin:
In her 25+ year career in state government, corporate America, and academia and as an author, professor, coach, and consultant Dr. Kymn Harvin has focused on nurturing the human spirit. In this book, “The Soul of America Speaks: Wisdom for Healing and Moving Forward,” Dr. Kymn brings love and soul into governance, politics, and social policy as well as our own personal journeys as spiritual and human beings. She is an Associate Professor in the School of Business at The State University of New York Empire State College, sharing with adult learners her expertise in transformational leadership, ethics and spirituality in the workplace. Her doctoral dissertation, “Bringing Love Back into Business,” published in 1996, chronicled how love became a core value at AT&T as a result of her paradigm shifting work.
